How much is furniture shipping?

Delivery charges are based on your location, the weight and dimensions of the consignment and are automatically updated upon checkout prior to order confirmation once correct UK post code is entered. We charge a $99 shipping fee per order amount less than $400. And we offer fast FREE Delivery for minimal order amount $400. More about shipping rates.

How long will I wait for my order?

Most of our products typically ship within 1-3 weeks and transit times can vary depending where you are. You’ll find an estimated delivery date on every product’s page. Lead times will vary between products and delays can occur, but we’ll keep you informed of any changes.

What is the warranty on your furniture?

We offer 1 year warranty on all our furniture. We source our furniture from carefully chosen, reliable manufacturers who share our belief in providing quality items that are durable and represent value for money.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, it is no longer possible to pay by cash on delivery.

Are there other sizes of your furniture available?

Aldea Design online store sells modular furniture in standard sizes. There are many of furniture units the most common sizes in width, height and depth. You can use special filters that you can find in each section.

Do you have your own showroom?

No, we don't have our own showroom.

Are the furniture fitted or it need to be assembled?

Normally we deliver furniture disassembled. It is designed for self-assembly. Our customers receive flat packed furniture together with user friendly assembly instruction which helps easily and quickly assemble furniture. However, if you want someone to assemble your furniture then we may provide assembly service for our customers.

Is the assembly included in the furniture price?

Furniture assembly is not included in the price we offer. This service is at the express request of the customer and varies from the type of furniture purchased and the delivery destination.

Are the furniture prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All furniture prices displayed on our site include VAT.

I have completed the order but have not received confirmation.

It rarely happens but it can happen, that the confirmation e-mail is seen by the e-mail system but is not delivered to the customer or arrives in the form of spam because it has been blocked by his mail client. In these cases, our advice is to contact us in any way convenient for you: just call or text in WhatsApp or to write us an e-mail indicating the problem.

How long do I have to decide to change my order (eg color, furniture code or model ...)?

You can change your order no later than 3 days from receipt of payment . Any exceptions may be agreed individually if the chosen item allows it.

Can I order furniture for long-term delivery (in a few months)?

Yes. You can order a product and delivery can take place even after a few months, in order to confirm the price of the current promotion. The order must be confirmed by the total payment of the amount. As the delivery date approaches, the customer is advised to receive the order. If in the meantime the house or the room is not yet ready, you can still postpone the delivery for a few days.
