Delivery Areas
Aldea Design LTD ships in only Green Zone area on the delivery map.
Deliveries are made with our courier service who forewarns the customer a few days before, giving the possibility to arrange delivery in a time slot (morning or afternoon) from Monday to Friday. This shipping service is not to be considered a delivery by appointment: the availability of the customer is certainly considered by the courier but compatible with the delivery plans.
Delivery Charge
We offer FREE DELIVERY for all our furniture! The minimum order amount is £400.
We will deliver your new furniture Door-to-Door (no more 25 m / 82 ft).
Processing Time
Before shipping, we process orders within 2 business days. This will be added to the transit time of your selected shipping rate.
On each product page, we report an estimated delivery date, which indicates the approximate period in which the goods will be delivered. The reported delivery day must be considered a hypothetical date, as it takes into account the production time to make the product, the time required for shipment, and the various holidays that could occur during the period between the order confirmation and delivery.
Although we try to respect the punctuality of the dates indicated, it may happen that delays occur in production or delivery not dependent on our procedures. In these cases, we will advise the customer of any extension of waiting times.
Delivery Timescale
Normal delivery times are 8 am - 6 pm on weekends. However, occasionally we may offer delivery on working days. In general, we do not deliver on bank holidays. You will be notified of a delivery date either by email or telephone. In case of delay caused by Customs, all our customers will be informed.
On the Day of Delivery
For an optimal and precise service, we suggest to always check that the destination is accessible to 5 meters long cars. In the case of delivery to the street level, the customer is obliged to collaborate with the driver to unload the packages from the side of the truck, sometimes also making other people available based on the size and weight of the items purchased.
If the ordered furniture is in stock we aim to deliver it as quickly as possible.
Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the above stated period.
When you place the order you will receive an automatic e-mail from us confirming the order. If you have an urgent requirement call us with the items you wish to order, your full delivery address and your latest delivery day and we will tell you if we can supply the products in time.
Generally, when an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
The minimum order value on our online store is £400. All orders under £400 will be automatically cancelled.
